Client Acknowledgement

As a complementary therapy, Reiki is often used alongside conventional medical treatments to support patients during their recovery from illnesses, surgeries, or other medical conditions. It is crucial to recognize that Reiki is not a substitute for necessary medical care. Instead, it is offered as an additional therapeutic approach, often provided in settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and wellness centers. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures. They are not licensed medical professionals. If you have a medical condition, it is essential to consult with a licensed healthcare provider.

Reiki is believed to work intelligently, adapting to the unique needs of each person and situation. For chronic conditions, multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes. The effectiveness of Reiki can vary depending on individual circumstances. It is ideal to approach a Reiki session with an open mind and without specific expectations.  Maintaining a positive outlook and reducing stress can further support the healing process.

If you experience any discomfort during a Reiki session and need to change your position, take a break, or end the session, please inform Sarah immediately.  As the practitioner, I reserve the right to end the session at any time if I feel uncomfortable or believe the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
